Welcome to Haven and Roam, where comfort is a lifestyle and checkout is just the beginning of your cozy adventure. By browsing our site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to the following terms—nothing scary, just the fine print that keeps things smooth and transparent.
Made to Order, Just for You
All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. That means:
Your item is created after you place your order—no dusty shelves or mass production here
Slight variations in print placement or color may occur (we call it character)
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping
Payment & Pricing
We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods through Squarespace’s checkout system. All prices are listed in USD and may change as we grow or run promotions.
Payment is due at checkout
You’re responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping fees
Free shipping kicks in automatically on orders $75 and up (U.S. only)
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is in motion, you’ll receive tracking info via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or if Mercury’s in retrograde.
Please double-check your shipping address—we can’t reroute packages once they’re out
We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we’ll always help track things down
Returns & Refunds
Because each item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, color preference, or a change of heart. That said, if something arrives damaged or misprinted:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Send a clear photo and description of the issue
We’ll offer a free replacement or refund—no need to send it back
We want you to love what you ordered, and we’ll make it right if something’s off.
Privacy & Data Use
Your personal info is handled securely through Squarespace and Printify. We only collect what’s needed to fulfill your order and never sell or share your data with third parties. For more details, check out our Privacy Policy.
