Welcome to Haven & Roam, where comfort is a lifestyle and checkout is just the beginning of your cozy adventure. By browsing our site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to the following terms. Nothing scary, just the fine print that keeps things smooth and transparent.

Made to Order, Just for You

All physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. That means:

  • Your item is created after you place your order. No dusty shelves or mass production here.

  • Slight variations in print placement or color may occur (we call it character).

  • Colors may look a little different in person than on your screen, since every monitor and phone displays color differently.

  • Production and shipping times vary by product. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Payment & Pricing

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through Squarespace’s checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change as we grow or run promotions.

  • Payment is due at checkout.

  • You’re responsible for any applicable sales tax and shipping fees.

  • Free shipping applies automatically to orders of $75 or more.

  • If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info by email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or whether Mercury’s in retrograde.

  • Please double-check your shipping address. Changes can only be made within 12 hours of ordering.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we’ll always help track things down.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, color preference, or a change of heart. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send a clear photo and description of the issue.

  • We’ll offer a free replacement or refund, with no need to send it back.

Paper Co. digital products

Paper Co. planners and printables are for personal use only. When you purchase a digital file, you may:

  • Print it as many times as you’d like for yourself

  • Use it on your own devices

You may not resell, share, distribute, or claim the files as your own, whether altered or unaltered. All digital sales are final.

Our designs

All designs, artwork, photos, and written content on this site belong to Haven & Roam and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Affiliate links

Some product pages include “Shop the Look” links to products sold by other retailers, such as Amazon. These are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

Purchases made through these links are with the outside retailer, not Haven & Roam. Their own terms, shipping, and return policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for their products or service.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to make sure everything on this site is accurate and that your order arrives just right. To the extent allowed by law, Haven & Roam isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled securely through Squarespace and Printify. We only collect what we need to run the shop and fulfill your order, and we never sell your information. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
